H. Wilson Haynes, Jr.

H. Wilson Haynes, Jr. is a member of Donsbach & King, LLC.  His practice emphasis is in commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate development, easements, real estate litigation, creditor bankruptcy, collection and foreclosure law, probate law, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Haynes has more than twenty years experience in residential and commercial real estate work and is currently an approved title agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Company with agencies in Georgia and South Carolina.  He has handled numerous transactions involving easements, zoning, boundary disputes, timber rights, title issues, homeowners associations, PUDs, and related probate and litigation issues.  He has also handled many transactions for the benefit of creditors in bankruptcy, collection, and foreclosure actions.

Mr. Haynes graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science degree in 1978, and a Masters of Science degree in 1982.  He attended the University of Georgia School of Law, and received his J.D. cum laude in May 1989.  Since that time he has practiced law in Augusta.  He is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Middle Districts of Georgia, the 11th circuit court of appeals, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Augusta Bar Association, and an active member and deacon of First Baptist Church, Augusta.
